*I received a copy of Demon's Blood in exchange for an honest review*

Demon's blood is about two vampires after they flee Tokyo because of a house fire caused by vampire hunters. It's the story of how they try to make a new life for themselves in England. The two vampires are Kokawa Taku and his lover, Thane. Months later, Thane is still having nightmares of the fire that almost took their undead lives. Thane later becomes careless, which leads to the discovery of one of his victims. His lover, Taku, on the other hand tries to deal with the aftermath, but Thane disapproves of his methods. Also while this is going on, Taku tries to hide what really happened to them three months ago...

Lately, all the vampire books I read are about fluffy or sexy vampires that are angst-ridden or trying to make a romantic relationship work with someone of a different species. Or the…

June TBR/Update!

So I started writing this post during my vacation in Florida, but I didn't have access to a computer to properly write and upload this. So it is really late and I'm sorry about that. I'm trying to become more consistent because I've been failing at it. I'll just have to try harder :D

Now on to the TBR/update...
In the past fifteen days, I finished the Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead and read a little more of Different Seasons by Stephen King.

Other books I plan to try to read or finish are:
Different Seasons by Stephen King: I'm almost done with Apt. Pupil, which is really good so far! :D Not that I expected any less from Mister King :PDemon's Blood by Shari Sakurai:I'm currently reading this and I'm enjoying it so far. It has gay main characters that are vampires! What more could you ask for!? I also will be posting a review for this book as it was sent to me for review from the author.Perfect World by Shari Sakurai:This is also a book Shari sent m…

Finally! A April/May Wrap Up!

Hey Guys, Girls, and Everyone in between! I'm super sorry, I have not posted anything in a long time! It was the last two months of school for me, which involved prom, senior awards, and graduation. Very fricken hectic :D Also May was a really bad reading month because I didn't read a lot and was in a reading slump. I started multiple books and finished two books for school. I also read one novella to my cousin before his bed time while babysitting. On the other hand, April was a really good reading month because I read seven books.

APRIL!
The books I read in April were:
Bound by Duty by Stormy Smith:5/5 I absolutely adored this book and I got so addicted to it that I needed the next book right away! I even got the next book through the author Stormy, who is so sweet. Here is the link to my review if you are interested! :D  http://perksofbeingalatenightreader.blogspot.com/2015/04/bound-by-duty-by-stormy-smith-booktalk.htmlBound by Spells by Stormy Smith: 5/5 I continued my new a…
