DAY ONE! Reading Cram 2.0: Chills and Thrills Readathon! TBR Challenge!

"Oct 24-- TBR challenge--List what books you are planning to read for the read-a-thon, on your blog, YouTube, etc. You don't have to stick to the list FYI :)"- Juliababyjen

These are not in any particular order and I may or may not read these. This is a rough idea of the books I'll be reading or trying to read. Three of the six books were recommended to me by MonsterMen13 on YouTube...well not exactly to me but in general.  Also just because I wrote down six books does not mean I'll get to them or that I will read six books.
**The themes are based off of the summary and friends**
Stardust by Neil Gaiman; started
Spooky Theme: Witches...
I started this during the Octobathon and did not finish.

Horns by Joe Hill
Spooky Theme: Thriller, Mystery...
I heard about this book from padfootandprangs07 a while back.
Then my friend recommended it to me.
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children
By Ransom Riggs
Spooky Theme: Paranormal
Jesse from Jessethereader talked about this book so many times. So when I was at Barnes&Noble, I had to get it.

The Graveyard Speaks by Hunter Shea
Spooky Theme: Paranormal
I watch a YouTube channel called Monstermen13,
where they talk about everything from vampires to ghosts.
One of the two guys is Hunter Shea. They happened to
talk about his books in on of the videos and it sounds.

The Girl From the Blood Coven by Brian Moreland
Spooky Theme: Paranormal, Mystery
Once again this is a recommendation from Monstermen13
Plus it sounds awesome!

The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
Spooky Theme: Paranormal??..
I saw this for free on my nook....

Once again it's time for the summer part of the Biannual Bibliothon! This portion of the read-a-thon runs from July 3rd to July 9th. I can't wait for this week long read-a-thon to binge read some great books! Also it might help my annoyingly long reading slump to end. The hosts of this read-a-thon came up with several reading and video challenges and I will link their youtube videos about both below. While I will not be doing the video challenges, however, I will be participating in a couple of the reading challenges. The Reading Challenges include:   1. Read the group book- The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson   2. Free Choice/Wild Card Book   3. Read a Book Off of the Host's List of Recommendations   4. Read a Book With Your Favorite Mythical Creature   5. Read a book You've Been Putting off Picking Up   6. Read a Book from an Author You've Never Read Before   7. Night of All Evil by J.M. Shorney

My Rating: 3/5 stars Average Rating: 4/5 stars Format: ebook ISBN13: 9781310806902 I received a free copy in exchange for a honest review from AuthorAmp.com Night of All Evil was a good gothic horror novel about a witch named Freya that has a dark past that comes back to haunt her and her family. Freya was my favorite character and I really enjoyed reading from her point of view. The thing I liked about her was how she acted in the situations she is placed in. She also is just an interesting person that also happens to be a super powerful witch, which is pretty cool. In fact once I started this novel, I had a hard time putting it down. While I really enjoyed reading the story, the character development was just okay and it was kind of predictable. However, it was still a good read that grabbed my attention and kept me entertained.                        ...

May Wrap Up and June TBR!

A Little Update! Hey guys! It had been a long time since I have written one of these and I'm so sorry. I've just been busy with work and school that I haven't had a lot of time to read. However, I'm home for break and that should all change! Also I'm going to try to do better next semester with uploading and such because I really do like book blogging and I just want to keep growing as a bookblogger. Anyway, Now Onto My Wrap Up for May! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In the month of May, I read a total of three books and I enjoyed them all. Some more than others, but they all were good. These books include Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning , Scarlet by Marissa Meyer , and Severance by Michael Pristsos and Jessica Mastorakos .   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Darkfever was a great start to a series about the fae and it has unique ideas involving the fae world trope. It had good characters and great world building. I really liked it and I will definitely continue with the series. I really li...
